Jim has over three decades of instrumentation experience, mostly in extractive CEMS. He was Manager of the Stack Sampling Team at Lear Siegler's Measurement and Controls Division and previously a Senior Chemical Analyst with Arizona Public Service Company. In both roles, Jim was responsible for stationary source emission testing per EPA requirements. As a co-founding partner in CiSCO, Jim is responsible for purchasing, production, field start-up and certification testing of CiSCO's CEMS and CERMS. Prompt, knowledgeable field service response has remained a hallmark of CiSCO's growth. Jim obtained a BS degree in Biology from Fort Lewis College and has the equivalent of a BS in Chemistry, as well.
