Doug brings a broad based background to CiSCO, which includes project management, construction supervision, engineering systems design, start-up and test procedure development, quality assurance and document control related activities. He has over 37 years of progressive experience in the public, private and government business sectors. His career includes project experience associated with the development / upgrade of utility power plants, industrial facilities, petrochemical processing / pipeline facilities as well as laboratory, telecommunications and office facilities. Presently, he is involved with improving on and carrying out the responsibilities associated with maintaining CiSCO’s commitment to and compliance with the ISO 9001-2000 Standard. Doug is involved in the documentation of daily production and test activities. This includes the identification of QA inspection activities and procedures that will further improve the quality of our product. He stays current in the field of ISO Standards, Quality Assurance Management and Code related manufacturing criteria by attending training courses and technical seminars provided within the industry. He received his BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
