Lead Software Developer

The candidate will serve as the Technical Lead for the Software Development Project team. Candidate must have strong software design skills and be proficient with Microsoft .NET Framework, Visual Basic.NET, Access and SQL Server 2005. PLC programming experience along with familiarity with PLC communication protocols are highly desirable skills.

Candidate must also have interpersonal skills including a team player spirit who can also collaborate with others (programmers and non-programmers) to identify User and Functional Requirements, as well as develop a software implementation plan. Proactive, continuing, exceptional documentation skills would be expected.
